Santan Gateway, a new regional retail center in Chandler, Arizona, is a unique retail development
offering a variety of shopping, banking and dining experiences. The overall design concept for this center
offers is a strategically integrated shopping environment, providing a family atmosphere in a pedestrian -
oriented Village Concept.
Santan Gateway consists of two parcels separated by the Loop 202 Santan Freeway. Parcel one features a
Wal-Mart Supercenter with additional major retailers, retail shops and restaurant pads. Parcel two features
a Sam's Club, major retailers, retail shops and restaurant pads. Both parcels will reflect similar architectural
elements and massing.

is designed as a unique retail center offering a variety of shopping experiences. The overall
site design results in a strategically integrated shopping environment, providing a family
atmosphere in a pedestrian-friendly environment. The “Village” architectural theme of the project is
achieved with a variety of materials and massing of buildings accompanied by landscape and hardscape
features designed to create a sense of arrival, both as a gateway for the area and for the shopping and
dining experiences of the patrons.
