The architecture of the commercial retail center can be described as suburban contemporary, with a number of interesting features to set the project apart from other retail developments in Anthem including 40-foot high towers faced with latticework bands over backlit translucent panels to mark entry locations, suspended metal canopies over pedestrian pathways at storefronts, and metal trellises supported by "scissor"-style columns.
