QUALITY ASSURANCE REVIEWERS
Architectural firm seeking Architectural Quality Assurance Reviewers (Full-time, Part-time or Contract Work): Must have minimum 10 years experience in architectural work. Exceptional salary and benefit package. Kurt D Reed Associates, Inc.

PLANNER
Architectural firm seeking individual for planning, entitlement and site assessment work. Must have 5 to 10 years experience in Commercial/Retail planning and entitlement work. Exceptional salary and benefit package. Kurt D Reed Associates, Inc.

PROJECT MANAGERS
Duties:

1. Coordinate with client manager and weekly schedules to assure deadline objectives.
2. Solicit with client manager all necessary consultant contracts to perform work.
3. Coordinate with field administrator for directory development and specification development (future).
4. Prepare field evaluations where applicable.
5. Guide technical support staff and client manager to avoid "reinventing the wheel".
6. Work with design director or assistant to assure client needs and schedule requirements.
7. Develop and engage schematic design, design development, construction documents including specifications, city submittal, bid proposals and all construction administration duties until closeout of project.
8. Coordinate with municipalities, owner, developer and consultants for all submittals, backgrounds, fee amounts, disbursements, etc.
9. Process "Proposal Requests," "Architectural Supplemental Instructions," "Requests for Information," and assist client manager in "Additional Services Authorizations;" 1O. Handle bid, quality assurance, city and owner comments, and permit processing.
11. Review of shop drawings, all field coordination, change order review and closeout documents review.
Required Qualifications:
1. Bachelor of Science in architecture.
2. Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD (automated computer aided design) and design skills.
3. 24 months experience as architectural job captain.

Terms: Salary is $62,000 -$80,000 per year; 40 hour work week; 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Work location is Scottsdale, Arizona.
